Universal Express, Inc. fi.d for bankruptcy on September 28, 2007 and Sports Express, LLC purchased The Virtual Bellhop and Luggage Express out of receivership. After a series of management changes Luggage Forward, Inc. acquired the assets of Sports Express in July 2009. The primary benefit of this acquisition was a vast increase in capabilities and improved pricing for clients.
